- Fully assembled modules ready for immediate installation by the customer. Normally supplied on a JIT basis and specific to the seating and door layouts of the vehicle on the production track. The only work to be carried out by the customer is bolt attachment and wiring harness connection. The channels and components are tooled up and reserved for the customer involved but can only contain modified standard items which are freely available without tooling charges. Especially suitable for high-volume production.
- Completely knocked down kits for a pre-defined bus or coach layout which the customer assembles and installs in his own plant. The extrusions and individual parts can also be either customer-specific or based on our standard models. Suitable for applications in medium sized production volumes.
- Packages of support brackets, accessories and standard channels and extrusions which the customer trims to length as required and then assembles in-house. This method is typically associated with low volume production.
