We are pleased to inform you that Pelzer Acoustic Products GmbH, located in nearby Witten, has acquired both HAPPICH Fahrzeug und Industrieteile GmbH and HAPPICH Profile GmbH. This transaction also included the takeover of the two subsidiaries - Happich Polska Sp. z o.o and GHE Happich France S.A.S.

Under the direction of the new owner, Mr. Marc Pelzer, the company's core business, under the HAPPICH brand name, will continue to be pursued and further expanded from the headquarters location in Wuppertal.
